USCEC
provides consultant and training services for both American and Chinese
Societies. Our training programs include seminars, field visits and
practical trainings, which provide Chinese delegations theoretical
and practical knowledge in related fields and latest international
information and trends. Also we do our best to provide public benefits
through these services, such as exchanging market and education information,
building up the business contacts, initiating cooperative projects,
and so on.
Our training programs include:
1.
Economics Administration Program:
USCEC invites experts from American Federal, State and local governments,
as well as professors from California Universities to provide training
seminars on macroeconomics, local government management, policy application
and administration, price management, social welfare, tax, finance,
employment, quality supervision and other related subjects.
2. Human Resources and Personnel Administration:
USCEC keeps close cooperative relationship with American agencies
to provide trainings in this field to different Chinese provincial
governments.
3.
Transportation and Logistics Management:
USCEC has the capability of organizing and has already organized many
training programs in the fields of transportation and logistics. Located
in California, which possesses the world’s most developed transportation
system, USCEC is able to provide trainings in the fields of transportation
construction management, traffic supervision and safety, Highway control,
maritime construction projects supervision and management, as well
as logistics.
4. Environment Protection:
USCEC provides trainings regarding environment protection and education.
As member of American National Environment Training Organization,
Dr. Singson, director of USCEC, is in charge of training programs
in this field.
5. E-Government and E-Business:
USCEC, based on the famous Silicon Valley, possesses several e-commerce
affiliates and many experts in e-business. We also closely cooperate
with U.S. Federal and State E-Government agencies and is able to provide
trainings in e-government and e-business to Chinese governments of
all levels.
6. Legislation and Police:
USCEC has already organized trainings in this field for the procurators
from many Chinese provinces, such as Guangdong and Yunnan provinces,
as well as the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. USCEC also cooperated
with California Highway Patrol in the trainings provided to Chinese
Public Security Departments. We have a lot of experience in arranging
trainings in this field.
7. International Marketing and Business Administration:
USCEC’s forte is its business administration training program.
Focusing on international marketing, this program was initiated ten
years ago by one of our Directors, Dr. Andy Ge through creating Northern
American market development program. Our goal is to train modern entrepreneurs
with international view.
8.
Agriculture Management, Technology and Specialization:
Based in California, America’s biggest agricultural state, USCEC
provides agricultural trainings. We have already organized training
programs for China Ministry of Agriculture and California agricultural
departments at provincial and municipal levels on farming arid land,
irrigation, husbandry and organic fruits and vegetables, etc.
9. Long Term Training with Certificates and with Master Degree Program:
In order to meet the challenges and opportunities after China further
developments, USCEC and San Jose State University have formed the
Strategic Alliance for China training programs. We have completed
3 month program and 6 month Management Training Certificate Programs
for about a dozen groups from different provinces in China. Now USCEC
is also going to develop a Master Degree Program for China in collaboration
with local famous education institutes. |
