2018年8月7日，美国美中交流协会召开了半年度的理事会。协会现任理事会成员分别来自于美国政府、知名大学和企业的优秀菁英。会议由会长赫博.格洛博士主持，回顾了上半年协会完成的工作和取得的突出成就，探讨了下半年的工作，展望了未来发展前景。会议并研究了如何积极落实美国与中国的双向文化教育交流和培训，优势互补，互惠互利，全面提升中国代表团赴美国出访交流与培训学习的优良品质，以优化服务为目的，努力开创中美交流新局面。协会的工作团队的各位同事也向理事会介绍自己所负责的工作领域，期望整合新的资源，找到新的契机，实现新的突破，达到新的境界。会长赫博.格洛博士感谢各位理事和工作团队兢兢业业、群策群力、团结协作、健步愿景！

On August 7th, 2018, the US-China Exchange Council (USCEC) held a semi-annual council board meeting. The current board directors are prominent members coming from various government agencies, universities and enterprises. The meeting was presided by Dr. Herb Graw, the Chairman of USCEC. The meeting reviewed the initiatives and achievements accomplished in the first half of the year, discussed the projects for the second half of the year, and looked forward to future development prospects. The meeting also focused on how to actively implement the two-way cultural and educational exchanges and training programs between the United States and China. We will take advantages of Sino-America’s resources to make a mutual benefit for both countries and keep enhancing the superior quality of all exchanges and training programs for Chinese delegations.

The staff members and key talent of USCEC also introduced themselves and their work responsibilities. Everyone hopes to integrate new resources, find new opportunities, make new breakthroughs, and explore the new realms of possibilities. President Herb Graw thanked the directors and the work team for their laborious work, excellent teamwork, solidarity, cooperation, and a promising vision for the future!
