The CCRC Qingdao Sifang delegation, consisting 14 executives from China's biggest railcar manufacturer, arrives in Silicon Valley earlier this week. The delegation will spend the coming two weeks exploring Silicon Valley ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship.
